Billing questions
They're base prices. Every plan can be customized with extra shoot days, extra deliverables, more platforms or more people on camera. Your price is the base plus whatever you add, and it's all written into your agreement before anything starts.
Yes. Our annual plan is paid monthly, with up to 20% off the monthly price. We set the discount per business, so it may be 5%, 10% or up to 20% depending on your plan, and it's written into your agreement. You still pay month to month; you're just committing to the year.
You can cancel anytime. If you cancel an annual plan before your 10th month, we may charge the difference between what you paid and what the same months would have cost on the monthly plan. After 10 months there's nothing extra to pay.
None beyond the month. Plans renew automatically, and you can cancel anytime.
No. We manage paid amplification; ad spend is billed separately so you see exactly where it goes.
Yes, at renewal. If things get tight, move down to Presence instead of going dark.
